Shipping & Delivery
Order Fulfilment
We aim to fulfill and dispatch all orders 1-2 business days after placement. Orders are sent from your closest dispatching centre located in Australia, via Australia Post. Once your package has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email to the email address you provided with your order tracking number.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards will be sent out immediately directly to your recipient’s email address.
Parcel Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes will depend on your location.
If your delivery address is within Australia, you should expect your delivery within nine (9) business days from the date of your order.
If your delivery address is outside of Australia, delivery times will be longer.
Damaged Goods
If your order is damage in transit, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery. Please note, Christine’s Magical Garden is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.
