Change of Mind
It’s Christine’s Magical Garden’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original payment method for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the receipt of purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Items must be unopened and in saleable condition.
- Postage will not be refunded.
- Items will be refunded at the cost of your original purchase.
- Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned.
Damaged Goods
If your order is damage in transit, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery. Please note, Christine’s Magical Garden is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.
