Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions of Christine’s Magical Garden 2024 Christmas Draw.

About the Promoter

The promoter is owned and operated by Tiny Hands Books Pty Ltd, registered in Australia at Unit 5/2 Farr Place, Isaacs ACT 2607, and trading as Christine’s Magical Garden.

The Promoter will promote the Draw across a variety of mediums including website, social media, EDMs, and paid advertising.

Eligible Entries

To be eligible to enter, you must reside in Australia, have a relevant Australian shipping address, and agree to our Terms & Conditions. Entries that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

Important Dates of Draw

Entry: Entrants can enter the draw any time between 8 November 2024 and 15 December 2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered. One entry only is allowed per person; multiple entries by one person will render all entries by that person void.

Draw: Winners will be drawn at random on 16 December 2024.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on our website and across social media by 18 December 2024. Winners will also receive a personal email to their registered email address and/or SMS to their registered mobile number by 18 December 2024.

Prize Shipping

Prizes will be sent out for delivery to winners to their registered address by 16 December 2024, and one set of shipping costs are included in the prize. Should any adjustments to shipping be required after that, additional shipping costs will be at the winner’s expense.

We are giving away up to ten prizes as follows:
